Terms & Conditions

Effective & Last Updated: 2026-07-30 Important Notice: Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Indie Playbook application (the "Application") operated by Indie Playbook ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License & Intellectual Property

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with these Terms and applicable app store guidelines.

All title, ownership rights, intellectual property rights, trademarks, service marks, and copyright in and to the Application, its source code, design, logos, graphics, and documentation remain our exclusive property or our licensors'.

2. Acceptable Use & Restrictions

By using the Application, you agree that you will NOT:

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Application.
  • Use the Application for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Attempt to circumvent digital rights management, security mechanisms, or billing checks.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract data or overload the Application's infrastructure.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Certain features or contents in the Application may require in-app purchases or active subscriptions:

  • Billing: In-app purchases and subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Payment is charged upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID or Google Play Account Settings.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are subject to the policies of the respective store platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) from which the purchase was made.

4. Third-Party Services

The Application may integrate third-party services such as Firebase, Google Play Services, Apple StoreKit, and analytics or subscription providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, content, or external services.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Indie Playbook OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time without notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms will cease immediately, and you must discontinue all use of the Application.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective when published on this page with the updated revision date. Your continued use of the Application after such modifications constitutes your acknowledgment and agreement to the updated Terms.
